What items can't be returned?
- Gift cards, beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelries, hair accessories, and items marked as flash sale, or final sale.

How to start a return:
- If you have a registered account with Cupshe, you can initiate a return by clicking the 'Order History' link.
- If you ordered as a guest, you can create a return by clicking the 'Start A Return' link.
- Fill in the required information and choose your preferred return method.
- Photos will be necessary for Cupshe to review before proceeding with the refund request.
- Ship your item(s) to the return address provided, then share the shipment tracking information with Cupshe.
- Once Cupshe has received your returned package, they will take care of the rest and process your refund.
How long is the return window?

- All packages sent to Indonesia, Mauritius, Philippines, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Aruba, Colombia, Grenada, Guatemala, Uruguay, Qatar, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Brazil, and Peru are subject to a customs fee that the customer will pay.
- Cupshe does not currently ship to India.
- The availability of shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the shipping address.
- For orders that include items marked as 'pre-order,' the time limit will be calculated from when the pre-sale items are shipped.
US Shipping:
- Service areas exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands.
- Expedited shipping will ship within 5–7 business days.
- Orders over $59 will ship free; orders $59 and under will have a shipping fee of $5.99.
- Express shipping will ship within 3–5 business days.
